What to Include in Your Enquiry

To return the most accurate quote and vessel match on first contact, please include: group size and certification levels (Open Water through Instructor, rebreather make and model if applicable); target departure window (flexible vs fixed dates); preferred route or region of interest (Wayag, Misool, or combined); dietary requirements; and any specific requests such as underwater photography support, Nitrox, or non-diver parallel programs.

If you are unsure about certification requirements for specific dive sites, or whether a 7-day or 10-day itinerary is better suited to your interests, our team will walk you through the trade-offs in the initial call. There is no minimum group size — we book the full vessel for your party regardless of how many guests you bring.

Lead Times & Booking Windows

Peak season windows of November through March in the south (Misool loop) and June through August in the north (Wayag loop) book out 12 to 18 months in advance for the luxury phinisi and motor super-yacht tiers. Entry phinisi charters typically hold availability inside 90 days.

We require a 30 percent reservation deposit at booking and the balance 60 days before departure. Cancellation and rebooking terms vary by tier and are documented in full in the charter contract before any payment is requested. Trip cancellation insurance covering the full contracted amount is strongly recommended — we work with regional brokers who can include medical evacuation cover in the same policy.

24/7 Concierge & Emergency Support

Remote ocean operations carry different risk weight than resort-zone diving. The closest functional recompression chamber is in Manado or Bali — reachable by emergency air evacuation but requiring four to eight hours coordination time. Our concierge team is reachable around the clock via the same WhatsApp number for in-voyage emergencies, weather-window updates, port clearance questions, and any pre-departure logistics that arise close to departure.

We require every diver in the party to carry active DAN Asia-Pacific or equivalent dive accident insurance before departure. Emergency contact protocols, DAN numbers, and nearest medical facilities are included in the pre-departure briefing packet issued 14 days before your charter begins.

What is the minimum group size?

There is no minimum. We book the entire vessel for your party exclusively. Whether you are travelling as a couple, a family of six, or a group of twelve, the vessel and crew answer only to your group for the duration of the charter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (both local Indonesian and international wire transfers), and corporate invoicing for established clients. All government duties and taxes are paid directly to Indonesian customs on your behalf and documented transparently in our invoicing. We can provide pro-forma invoices for advance payment arrangements.
